1.Always use hot and cold therapy products with care. Misuse may result in skin irritation, burns, or discomfort. Consult your doctor before use, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are sensitive to temperature changes. 2.Before applying the heated cap, test the temperature with your hand to ensure it's warm, not hot. If it feels too hot to the touch, allow it to cool slightly before wearing. 3.Do not apply the cold cap for more than 30 minutes at a time. Extended cold exposure may lead to skin or tissue sensitivity. Wait at least 20–30 minutes before reapplying.

For cold therapy, place the cap in a sealed plastic bag and freeze for at least 1–2 hours. Before use, check the temperature to ensure it’s comfortable against your skin. For Hot therapy, make sure the cap is at room temperature, then microwave for 20 seconds (750W). If needed, add 10-second intervals until the desired warmth is reached. Always test the temperature with your hand before wearing. Position the cap to cover your forehead, temples, and eyes. Always follow safety instructions for best results.
