Cold/ Hot Therapy: Suggest use 1/3 Ice cube and 1/3 Ice cube as cold bag, and 50° C hot water as hot bag. The Ice bag could last cold for at least 4 hours, if you add alcohol with Ice cube, more cool time is served.
6" for Children/ small part of body (Ankle, Elbow etc.), 9" for Teenagers and Adult / middle part of Body( Teeth, Knees, Head etc.) , while 11" for Adult’s big part of body, such as back, shoulder etc. Very useful for fast pain relief and precise treatment.
Easy to Use: The big mouth design makes very easy to pour in Ice cube and cold/ hot water in.
