1. Cleanse the wound with an antibacterial solution or wipe. Pat dry. (Ensure moisturisers, oils, etc are removed before application). 2. Remove the adhesive dressing from the sterile pouch. Peel the protective backing from the dressing. 3. Apply the dressing adhesive side down to the affected area. 4. Gently smooth the dressing onto the skin with the palm of your hand. 5. Replace daily or as and when advised by your medical practitioner.
