- WHAT IT IS — Traditional Gajjak made with roasted sesame seeds and jaggery by SAHU GAJAK BHANDAR. Also known as Gajak, Gazak and Til Gajak. Handcrafted in small batches using traditional Rajasthani methods.
- INGREDIENTS — Prepared with sesame seeds, jaggery, sugar, cow ghee, pistachios and cardamom. no added preservatives, artificial colours or artificial flavours. Contains sesame and tree nuts. Suitable for vegetarians.
- TASTE & TEXTURE — Crispy khasta-style Gajjak with balanced jaggery sweetness and the aroma of cow ghee. Ready to eat for everyday snacking and festive occasions.
- TRADITIONAL PROCESS — Prepared using traditional Rajasthani methods with cow ghee and carefully roasted sesame seeds. Made in small batches without added preservatives, artificial colours or artificial flavours.
