Directions
Suggested Use: 2 - 11 yrs: 1/8 tsp 1-3 times daily. 12+ yrs: 1/4 tsp. Take 1-3 times daily. We suggest avoiding the use of stimulants, such as caffeine. Caffeine can further stress the adrenal glands to work harder.
