Directions
2 tsp. of kale powder = 13 tsp. of fresh kale. Fill a container with 8 oz water or juice. Add two teaspoons of powder and shake well. Drink and enjoy one to three times per day. Can also be added to smoothies, dips, yogurt or other foods. Drink extra water when consuming this product.
