As vitamin K2 is a fat soluble vitamin, Jarrow Formulas MK-7 softgel is made with healthy lipids medium-chain triglycerides and olive oil. This product is gluten-free, wheat-free, soy-free, dairy-free, egg-free, fish/shellfish-free, peanut/tree nut-free, and sesame-free, fitting the needs of a health-conscious individual interested in fitness and overall wellbeing.
