How to Use
Starting from the first crease of the wrist underneath, place three fingers, and that will indicate the area in which the bigger beed will be placed, see image above. Place the bracelet at the precise location and apply pressure using the bigger bead, and press 2 to 3 minutes. If nausea continues, alternate wrists.
