Spray 3–5 times directly onto clean skin (arms, legs, shoulders, neck or back ) and gently massage until fully absorbed. For best results, apply daily, preferably after showering or before bedtime. Allow the solution to remain on the skin for at least 20 minutes before rinsing if desired. Start with a smaller amount if new to magnesium oil and gradually increase as tolerated. Avoid applying right after shaving or on irritated skin.
