This is a normal and short-term response and should resolve on its own.

1.The battery may lose some charge during shipping. Please use the original Type-C cable and a USB adapter under 20W to charge. The indicator light will turn on during charging. 2.Unplug the charging cable before turning on the device. 3.Press and hold the right button for 2 seconds to turn the device on or off. . 4.Use the right button to adjust the heat level and the left button to set the timer.
