Carefully remove a smaller portion of backing from the patch and apply the exposed portion of the patch to the affected area. Once the exposed portion of the patch is positioned, carefully remove the remaining backing to completely apply a patch to the affected area. Use 1 patch at a time and not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Children under 12 years of age: Consult a doctor. Easy removal of embossed backing: Pop, Peel, Apply. Warnings: For external use only.
