Directions
1. Open the package and remove a patch. 2. Place the patch on the outer side of your underwear, covering the lower abdomen. 3. If needed, apply a second patch over the lower back. 4. Allow the patch to be activated by air. 5. For later use, reseal the half-used warm patch in an airtight bag.
