Each resealable spout pouch delivers 90g of carbohydrate and 360 kcal – effectively a full hour of racing fuel in a single pack. The carbohydrate is a 2:1 blend of maltodextrin and fructose. Because glucose and fructose are absorbed by two different transporters in the gut, this dual-source formula lets a well-trained athlete take on up to 90g of carbs per hour – the rate elite endurance athletes now target – with less of the bloating and GI distress that comes from glucose-only gels. What makes GEL 360 different is the format. It's a resealable spout pouch with a screw cap, so you don't have to take it all at once. Open it, sip what you need, seal it, and go again – every 15, 20 or 30 minutes, whatever your gut and your race plan call for. One pouch an hour means less packaging in your pocket and no wrappers to manage on the move. Calibrate the interval in training and race day is dialled in. Every pouch also carries real electrolytes – sodium, potassium, magnesium and chloride to replace what you sweat out – plus 800mg of beta-alanine. Choose Sea Salt Lime for the highest sodium on hot, sweaty days, Black Cherry for a clean caffeine-free all-rounder, or Double Espresso for a 100mg caffeine lift late in a race. GEL 360 is 100% vegan. Take it with water, and build up to the 90g-per-hour rate gradually in training before you rely on it in a race. Not a substitute for a varied diet.
